Our interest and therefore the purpose of the processing, is solely to be able to present you with our proposals by searching for the opportunities that best correspond to your interests in the nautical field. In this regard, the data pertaining to your person are only those that allow us to communicate with you (Name-Surname, telephone numbers, home Addresses and e-mail) and to manage business transactions (tax code/VAT number). Through the interests in boating perceived from the inquiries we receive from you directly or through the sites that display our ads, we tend to create a “boating profile” for you, detailing the type, characteristics and range of boats you are interested in. Also included in the data processing is an automated process intended to relate the boats, of which we have direct or indirect availability, to your “nautical profile” in order to match your requests selectively.

The Owner excludes that personal data can be used for purposes other than those described above and that it can be transferred to third parties, except for Institutions authorized by law. Personal data are processed by the Controller mainly using the CRM services called Navis.net provided by Digibusiness SRL (Navis.net is a Specific Information System for “Customer Relation Management” in the nautical field). The Owner, by signing the Navis.net service contract, has formally appointed Digibusiness SRL as the External Data Processor. Digibusiness SRL is based in Collecchio (PR – Italy) in Strada Consortile 2 and the way this system is processed ensures compliance with the GDPR EU 2016-679, in terms of security and data protection, as documented in a specific document published on the Site www.navisnet.it in the Privacy section.

The Data Subject has the right to know at any time whether the Company holds his or her personal data, object to the processing or request the deletion, modification or updating of all personal information held by the Data Controller, exercising the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.
